finding the perfect engagement ring can be intimidating: there are so many fishes in the sea! we are here to guide you every step of this beautiful way. the journey starts with a (video) call to best understand your preferences and expectations, and present you our bespoke approach. let's start chatting!
how can I know my size for rings and bracelets?

which stones are you selecting for your pieces of jewellery?
we exclusively work with natural colored gemstones and natural diamonds.
our international network of gemstone dealers enables us to handpick the ideal gems for our creations and for our client's special orders.
are you providing a certificate of all gemstones?
some stones are certified. please refer to the specific product description for details.
what type of gold do you use?
our collections are crafted from 18 karat gold.
for bespoke orders, clients may choose their preferred metal.
where can I try your pieces?
if you wish to physically discover our collections, please get in touch and we may arrange an appointment in Hong Kong.
how to best clean your jewellery?
the simpler the better! you may delicately brush your favorite pieces with a soft-hair toothbrush with warm soapy water.
rinse well and dry with a soft cloth.

shipping costs are $15 USD on all orders.
if your piece is featured in stock, it will be shipped within 3 working days.
if your piece needs to be produced, it will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks.
duties & taxes:
all orders are shipped with import duties & taxes unpaid. therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. duties and taxes are non-refundable.
